Learn · Leftovers

Leftover dal becomes khichdi.

The return loop on Home. Not a new recipe dump and not a waste-score.

Sunday dal, weekday khichdi

Cook a pot of dal. Eat it with roti or rice. What is left is still food. Add rice, simmer, and you have khichdi. That is the loop: leftover dal in, khichdi out. We do not score your Sunday. We do not invent a second recipe so the first one feels incomplete.

On the US plate the same motion is leftover beans into chili. Same idea, different pot.

Home already prints this: “You have dal. Make khichdi, or swap.” The weekly planner holds two swaps. The rest is assembly.

Still a plate

Khichdi is rice + dal as a cooked katori, not a detox. Ghee, if you use it, is milk on both allergen lists. See khichdi and moong khichdi.

MARK is a dummy wordmark. India is a locale, not the company name. Not medical advice.
