WHO still: saturated fat ≤10% energy; replace butter / lard / ghee with unsaturated oils where you can. NIN asks for moderate visible fat and oil variety. US AHA 2026 still prefers unsaturated fats on the consumer page. We print the split on the disagreement wash. We do not call seed oils poison.
